Strange? Think horseradish with your roast...Still sound strange? Steps:

  1. Cook beef to your liking. If you wish to season, use something that will go well with a soya sauce and wasabi flavour.
  2. Let your beef rest for around 5 minutes
  3. Slice thin
  4. Drizzle slices with soy sauce
  5. Squeeze a knob of wasabi beside slices

How To Eat: Simply smear a bit of wasabi on the beef slice (amount of wasabi depends on your preference and tolerance), roll it up and enjoy!


Makes a great appetizer!
