A popular starter is their homemade tofu in their appetizer section. You can choose from different styles of tofu, like their Housebrand Roku, Agedash and Oyahi. In addition, Raku prepares both cold and hot dishes from Kobe Beef Liver Shashimi, Poached Egg with Sea Urchin, and Fried Ice Fish.
What makes Raku stand out is their grilling. Their Robata grill section for the menu is extensive and includes a number of delicious grills like chicken thighs, chicken breast wrapped with chicken skin, chicken teba wing, chicken thigh steak, kobe beef liver, kobe beef liver skin, iberico pork and pork intestine among others.
